Established by the Anambra State Government, the Anambra State Information and Communications Technology Agency (ANdotICTA) is the central authority for driving digital transformation across all state Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). Our mandate is to deploy cutting-edge technology across every ecosystem, build digital capacity for citizens and civil servants, and position Anambra as Nigeria's leading smart state.

Key Milestones
ANdotICTA was created by Executive Order to consolidate all state ICT functions under one roof.
Successfully migrated 15 MDAs to a secure government cloud, reducing downtime and paper usage.
Opened a 24/7 Security Operations Centre to protect state networks and citizen data.
Launched free training hubs in Awka, Onitsha, and Nnewi, reaching 5,000 citizens in the first year.
Deployed IoT sensors for traffic and waste management in Awka, with plans to scale statewide.
