The Anambra State Ministry of Finance is the custodian of the state's public finances. Established at the creation of the state in 1991, we have evolved into a modern fiscal institution committed to transparency, efficiency, and accountability.

Drives IGR modernisation and taxpayer compliance initiatives.
Created alongside Anambra State to manage public finances.
Introduced online budget publication for public access.
Launched electronic tax collection and revenue management system.
Migrated to International Public Sector Accounting Standards for financial reporting.
Launched real-time expenditure dashboard and expanded citizen engagement.
