How to Read the Dashboard

Task Statuses Explained

Each task is assigned one of the following statuses for clarity.

Not Started+
Task has been created and assigned but work has not yet begun.
In Progress+
Task is currently being worked on by the assigned team member.
Under Review+
Work is complete and awaiting approval from the team lead or stakeholder.
Completed+
Task has been approved and delivered. Final assets are archived.
Overdue+
Task has passed its due date without being marked complete. Requires immediate attention.
