The Test Ministry of Physical Planning is a statutory agency of the Anambra State Government, established to regulate and coordinate physical development across the state. Our mandate is to ensure that all land use and building activities conform to the approved Anambra State Physical Development Plan, thereby promoting orderly growth, environmental sustainability, and public safety.
To guide and manage physical development in Anambra State through efficient planning, regulation, and enforcement, fostering sustainable communities and a high quality of life for all residents.
