The Anambra State Hydraform and Concrete Agency (ASHCA) was established by the Anambra State Government to promote sustainable, low-cost construction technology in public infrastructure and housing. We produce high-quality hydraform interlocking blocks and concrete products, and provide technical support, training, and equipment leasing to build local capacity.

Milestones
ASHCA was founded to address the high cost of conventional building materials and promote hydraform technology in the state.
Supplied blocks for the construction of 100 housing units in Awka, demonstrating the speed and cost savings of interlocking blocks.
Partnered with local governments to train over 200 youths and women in block production and construction skills.
Added concrete ready-mix services and equipment leasing to support larger infrastructure projects across the state.
