Standards & Compliance
Our Hospitality Regulation Unit ensures that every hotel, guest house, and lodge in Anambra meets minimum standards of safety, hygiene, and customer service. We conduct routine inspections, investigate complaints, and issue classification certificates (1-star to 5-star).
Operators can apply for new permits, renewals, or upgrades through our office. We also mediate disputes between guests and hospitality providers.
Key requirements: Valid business registration, fire safety clearance, environmental health permit, and trained staff.
