General Questions

Who can request a website through this portal?+

Any officially recognized Ministry, Department, or Agency (MDA) of the Anambra State Government can submit a request. You must provide official MDA contact details for verification.

Is there any cost to request a website?+

No. The website request, template selection, and hosting on the state domain are provided at no cost to MDAs. This is a service of the Anambra State Government through ANdotICTA.

How long does it take to get a website live?+

Most websites are ready within 5-7 business days after you submit your completed content questionnaire and assets. Complex sites with many pages may take longer.

Can I update my website after it’s launched?+

Yes. You can request updates, add new pages, or upload fresh content through the portal. We also offer training for MDA staff to manage basic updates.

What if I don’t have a logo or branding yet?+

No problem. We can help you create a simple logo and choose official colors that align with the Anambra State government brand. Just let us know.

Do I need technical skills to use this portal?+

Not at all. The portal is designed for non-technical users. The questionnaire guides you step by step, and our support team is available if you need help.

Can I see what my website will look like before it goes live?+

Absolutely. We provide a draft preview link for your review and approval before publishing. You can request changes at that stage.

What happens to my old website if I already have one?+

We can either replace your old site or archive it. Let us know your preference during the request process.
