To ensure a smooth request process, please have the following information ready:

• MDA Name and Mandate — Official name and a brief description of your agency’s role.
• Head of Agency — Name, title, and official email.
• Primary Contact Person — The person who will coordinate the website project (name, email, phone).
• Preferred Website Address — A suggested subdomain (e.g., health.anambrastate.gov.ng).
• List of Desired Pages — Common pages include: Home, About Us, Our Services, News & Updates, Publications, Contact Us.
• Branding Assets — Logo (preferably PNG or SVG), official colors, and any existing brand guidelines.
