From Start to Launch

The Complete Process

    Step 1: Register Your MDA · Day 1

    Provide basic information about your MDA — name, mandate, head of agency, and contact details. You’ll receive a unique request ID.

    Step 2: Complete the Content Questionnaire · Day 1-2

    Answer a structured set of questions about your MDA’s purpose, core services, target audience, and the pages you want (e.g., About, Services, News, Contact).

    Step 3: Upload Your Branding Assets · Day 2-3

    Use our secure upload tool to send your logo, official colors, photos, videos, and key documents. We accept all common formats.

  4. 4

    Step 4: Design & Review · Day 3-5

    Our team builds a draft website based on your questionnaire and assets. You’ll receive a preview link to review and request changes.

  5. 5

    Step 5: Final Approval & Launch · Day 5-7

    Once you approve the final version, we publish your site on the official Anambra State domain (e.g., yourmda.anambrastate.gov.ng).

    Step 6: Ongoing Support · Ongoing
