File Upload Guidelines

Images (Photos & Graphics)+

We accept the following image formats:

  • JPEG/JPG — Best for photographs. Recommended resolution: 1920x1080px or higher.
  • PNG — Best for logos and graphics with transparency. Minimum 500x500px.
  • SVG — Preferred for logos. Scalable without loss of quality.
  • WEBP — Modern format for faster loading. We can convert your images if needed.

Tips: Name your files descriptively (e.g., ministry-headquarters.jpg, director-2025.jpg). Avoid spaces — use hyphens instead. Maximum file size: 10MB per image.

Videos+

We accept the following video formats:

  • MP4 — Recommended for all videos. Use H.264 codec for best compatibility.
  • MOV — Acceptable but may require conversion.
  • WebM — Modern format for web use.

Tips: Keep videos under 5 minutes for key messages. Maximum file size: 500MB. For longer videos, consider uploading to YouTube and sharing the link — we can embed it.

Documents (PDFs & Office Files)+

We accept the following document formats:

  • PDF — Preferred for all official documents, reports, and forms.
  • DOCX/DOC — Acceptable for text-heavy documents that we’ll convert to PDF.
  • XLSX/XLS — For data tables and statistics.
  • PPTX/PPT — For presentations that may be embedded or converted.

Tips: Ensure PDFs are text-searchable (not scanned images). Maximum file size: 25MB per document. Compress large files before uploading.
